Position Overview
The Site Manager is responsible for the overall performance, leadership, and daily operations of the location. This role sets the tone for the team, drives results, and ensures every customer receives a consistent, high-quality experience.

This position requires a hands-on leader who is accountable, adaptable, and committed to developing people while delivering strong operational and financial performance.

Core Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
  • Own the day-to-day operation of the site, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient performance at all times.
  • Maintain high standards of site presentation, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
  • Ensure all procedures are followed consistently, including opening, closing, and cash handling.
  • Monitor and manage workflow throughout the day to maximize throughput and customer experience.
  • Address operational issues quickly and effectively, including equipment, staffing, or service disruptions.
Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, coach, and develop Team Members and Team Leaders to perform at a high level.
  • Create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture.
  • Train and reinforce customer service, safety, and sales expectations.
  • Conduct ongoing coaching through observation, feedback, and performance conversations.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of high-quality team members.
  • Ensure all required training is completed and consistently applied on-site.
Customer Experience:
  • Set the standard for service by delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Reinforce a culture where every customer interaction matters.
  • Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Sales & Performance:
  • Drive site performance across key metrics including sales, membership growth, labor, and profitability.
  • Lead all selling initiatives, including training and execution at the greeter level.
  • Ensure every customer is offered the appropriate services and membership opportunities.
  • Analyze site performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and action plans.
  • Hold the team accountable to performance expectations and goals.
Financial & Administrative Responsibility:
  • Manage labor scheduling to align with business needs and optimize efficiency.
  • Oversee cash handling, deposits, and adherence to all financial procedures.
  • Support inventory awareness and cost control practices.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting as required.
Safety & Compliance:
  • Promote and enforce a safe work environment for both team members and customers.
  • Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
  • Address and report incidents appropriately.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of management or leadership experience required.
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Ability to operate equipment and tools necessary to run the site.
  • Ability to safely access all areas of the facility.
